Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)
Saturday - Sunday: Closed

Live Advisor - We try to provide access to expert help by Live Advisor online chat support on Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon (PST), these are scheduled hours and sometimes depending on our work load we may not aways be available. Support personnel have other duties and occassionally may have to log off for 15 to 30 minutes.
