Ways to Order
MINIMUM Order is $25.00 USD
In order to help keep item prices, and shipping costs down we have implemented the minimum order policy. It costs as much to ship 1 ounce or 1 pound by UPS. We use UPS because of the better package tracking, and faster settlement in the rare case of a loss shipment. (United States Postal Service requires 30 days for investigation).

You can place your order online and select USPS Money order for payment and get an order number and the exact amount including shipping. Then just mail the USPS Money order to us and reference the order number. We will ship your order the day we receive your payment by USPS Money Order. Mail to the address below, and please do not send cash. Checks of any kind will not be accepted.

Most items (99.9%) are shipped the same business day if received by 12:00
Noon Pacific Standard Time. We reserve the right to ship via US Postal
Service, United Parcel Service, Airborne Express or FedEx for any, and all
shipments. Please contact us to ensure items are in-stock for Overnight Deliveries.
The majority of items are shipped from our warehouse in Nevada. Occasionally some items may also be shipped from warehouses located throughout
the United States depending on demand.
M16 & AR-15 Tactical Shop Items
Most items are shipped the same business day if received by 12:00
Noon Pacific Standard Time, or within 24 hours depending on demand.
Military and other quantity orders of these items can take 2 to 4 weeks to
fill. Many of these items are needed for our military so those orders always
take priority. We think you can appreciate this policy. Because of military
demand availability will fluctuate from time to time.
We reserve the right to ship via US Postal Service, United Parcel Service,
Airborne Express or FedEx for any, and all shipments. Please contact us to
ensure items are in-stock for Overnight Deliveries. The majority of items
are shipped from our warehouse in Nevada. Occasionally some
items may also be shipped from warehouses located throughout the United States
depending on demand.
All Items
Please note that same day shipping is not guaranteed on orders that have
"ship-to" addresses or have not been completed cleared by our order
department. If you have requested expedited shipping and there is a problem
with your order you will be notified immediately via phone or e-mail.
We make every attempt to have all items in-stock, however, if we are out
of stock on an ordered item, we will notify you immediately. You may then
choose to cancel, exchange or wait for the item to arrive. If a lengthy delay
occurs, usually beyond 30 days, we will cancel your order (unless otherwise
requested) and issue a refund for prepayments. Of course, you may cancel your
order, modify or change a backorder at any time before it is shipped. We will
send you a refund for unshipped merchandise on cancelled orders.
Finding the Products
Shop Categories, then specific brands. Click on the "category"
link at the the left side of the pages to hone in on product interest groups
through our category listings. Then select the brand name, and sub-category
when available.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an Email confirmation with your order number and order details
within one hour of placing your online order. If you do not receive this confirmation
then you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly.
Once your order has been processed, you will then receive an email notification
with shipping and tracking information at the time of shipment, back order
information, or cancellation notification. Special order items, certain drop-shipments
and custom merchandise orders are charged prior to actual shipment date and

Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it to us the item(s) for a refund, replacement or credit, less
shipping & handling costs. You must email our Customer Service at return@houtsenterprises.com so we can review your
return, obtain an RAN (Return Authorization Number) and evaluate how to handle the return. The following restocking fees apply to cover bank costs, inspection, and to put the item(s) back in inventory;

Customer has 10 days to return product after an return has been authorized, otherwise return maybe refused at our discretion.
(1) Items with defects in the material or workmanship will
be repaired or replaced at our option. Customer pays return shipping to Houts Enterprises LLC. If replacing a product we will pay shipping back to the customer and restocking fees do not apply. The defective product must be issued a Return Authorization in 15 days or less after the order is received by the customer, beyond 15 days it falls under manufacturer's warranty repair.
(2) Items returned for exchange for a new product will not be charged a restocking fee under the following conditions; they must be issued a Return Authorization in 15 days or less after the order is received by the customer, product must be in new condition, the package must be undamaged, the new product purchase must be equal to or greater in value to the original purchase, or any credit remaining after the exchange must be not refunded but kept as a store credit for later purchase. Customer pays both return and new product shipping to and from Houts Enterprises LLC since this is a new purchase exchange.
(3) Items returned for exchange for a new product will be charged a 15% restocking fee under the following conditions; they must be issued a Return Authorization in 30 days or less after the order is received by the customer, product must be in new condition, the package must be undamaged, and the new product purchase can be less than the original purchase. Customer pays both return and new product shipping to and from Houts Enterprises LLC since this is a new purchase exchange.
(4) Items returned in new condition but with damaged packing can not be resold as new products. They must be marked down and then sold as used items. The 25% restocking fee offsets this mark down, and other associated costs with handling a "separate" used item from standard inventory.

(5) Items returned in new condition but with damaged packing can not be resold as new products. They must be marked down and then sold as used items. The 35% restocking fee offsets this mark down, and other associated costs with handling a "separate" used item from standard inventory, and the full inspection and testing required with an unauthorized return, since we have no idea if it is damaged or in good working condition.
(6) Products returned in bubble or padded envelopes
will not be accepted for return under
any condition and will be returned at customers expense. They will not be accepted in a later second shipment since unknown damage may have occurred in the not packaged properly shipment (Bubble or padded envelopes), return items must be in a secure box with proper packing.
After a return is authorized by our Customer Service Department:
Return the item to the address given to you by our product return department.
Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of
returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for
return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify
you via e-mail or phone of your refund once we have received and processed
the returned item. You can expect your refund in the same form of payment
originally used for purchase. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return
is a result of our error.
Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that
specifically requires the item be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement
or repair. Send Returns and Exchanges with Return authorization number to the address provided by the Return Authorization you will be emailed.
Due to the nature of our products and to "prohibit experimentation,"
all sales of books, videos, software, cameras, and night vision equipment are final and there are no returns. Be
Sure it's Right Before You Order it!
Damaged Products, Lost Package or Defective
Items
Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that specifically
requires the item be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or
repair.
UPS will settle a lost package or damaged product claim usually within 10
business days. USPS Priority Mail shipments are not considered lost by the
U.S. Postal Service until thirty days from mailing. Houts Enterprises LLC cannot
replace a UPS shipment until this investigation period is completed by either
UPS or USPS. We will contact our local post office to determine if any information
can be obtained about the shipment. If you still have not received your shipment
at the thirty day point Houts Enterprises LLC will file a lost claim and paperwork
will be sent to you to sign. Once we have the completed signed claim form
we can refund or re-ship your order.
Damaged Merchandise
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier.
If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight
bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the
packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and
file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Error in Shipping
In the event we send the wrong item or a item or item's not ordered with
your purchase we will make arrangements for you to return them at no cost
to you. At our discretion a replacement item or item's will be sent prior
to us receiving the return so that you may enjoy your purchase as soon as
possible. If the item in question is not returned your credit card will be
charged the normal price along with any shipping charges.

Base shipping rates apply to UPS packages weighing up to 10 lbs. Additional
per pound charges may apply to orders weighing over 10 lbs. Items shipping
via USPS Mail may incur additional charges. You will be contacted before shipment
is made if the shipping cost exceeds what was charged during check out. Insurance
is included on all shipments. A second order combined with a previous order will be charged $3.00 or the additional shipping charges which ever is greater. We will combine orders if we notice them, however it is the customer's responsibility to notify us if they want orders combined into one order.
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam & Virgin Islands - Shipments are
generally sent via USPS Priority Mail. You will be contacted before shipment
is made if the shipping cost exceeds what was charged during check out. Insurance
is included on all shipments. USPS shipments are made twice weekly on Wednesday and Friday.
Canadian Customers - Shipments are generally sent via USPS
Global Express Mail. You will be contacted before shipment is made if the
shipping cost exceeds what was charged during check out. Insurance is included
on all shipments. USPS shipments are made twice weekly on Wednesday and Friday.
APO/FPO addresses - We do not ship to APO / FPO addresses.
International Customers
Package are sent via USPS Global Express Mail. You will be contacted before
shipment is made if the shipping cost exceeds what was charged during check
out. Insurance is included on all shipments. USPS shipments are made twice weekly on Wednesday and Friday.
Order Policies - International
Payment for International & Canada Orders
We require your use of one of these accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa,
and Discover/Novus. The handling bank automatically calculates exchange rates.
If you wish to mail your order we require payment in full.
Refer to the follow sections.
FOREIGN CREDIT CARD ORDERS (Other than Canada) - $400 limit on
each purchase. Following purchases must be separated by 90 days and also are limited to $400 each. You may also order and use a Canadian or US Postal Money Order up to $1000 per order , just select United States Postal Money Order on the payment type pull down menu. This will give you the correct amount with International or Canada Global Express Shipping selected as your method of shipping.
We ship to throughout the world, except for areas where
trading embargoes are established by US Federal law. We do not ship or honor credit cards from the following areas because of credit fraud, Central America, South America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Russia (Russian Federation), and other countries in civil conflict, so please do not attempt to order you are wasting your time.
All orders must be accompanied with a valid phone
number and e-mail address and will only be shipped to the billing address
on file with the card issuing bank. Please note that we reserve the right
to request other forms of payment on any order at our discretion.
Foreign Credit Card orders should send the 800 toll
free number off the back of your credit card, and the name of the Bank issuing
the credit card, this will help expedite your order. You may enter this information
during check out into the Ordering Instructions text box.
Customers are always advised
to be absolutely certain of your import regulations and restrictions when
ordering our products. Due to the characteristics and regulatory controls
on some of our products, we cannot export controlled items. We can not export EoTech or Insight products. Streamlight and LaserMax tactical light/laser products can be exported and we send them regularly to Canada and other parts of the world.
You are fully responsible
for complying with all of your local import regulations. We are required to
observe and follow all U.S. Export Regulations and Laws.
Customs Duties, Import Licenses, Taxes
You are responsible for Import Licenses, Customs-assessed import duties, all
local taxes, and in-country delivery fees (if any). We assume no responsibility
for these additional charges and caution you that they may be much higher
than you expect.
Packages seized by Customs for your failure to follow local import regulations
are not refunded or credited. You, the customer, are solely responsible for
all compliance with your country's regulations. Packages that are left unclaimed
and forfeited to Customs or the carrier are charged to your account in all
cases. We will not issue credit for these occurrences.
Pricing Errors
Although every effort is made to keep our web site error-free, occasionally
a mistake will occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct
